Unit 405 | One Bedroom Quiet Description
Overview
Perched across the street from the scenic Spokane River and 100 acre Riverfront Park, this newly renovated historic building with exposed brick in most of the rooms is perfect for any vacation or business trip. The building is nestled between fantastic restaurants and wine bars, the Spokane Convention Center, and the National Geographic recognized Riverfront Park, so you’ll have no shortage of things to do. When you’re ready for some R&R, head back to your fully equipped travel apartment, where you’ll find conveniences like a full kitchen, private bedrooms, in-unit laundry, and fast WiFi, making it ideal for families, friends, or solo adventurers. This apartment is one of our interior units that feature windows to a lightwell in the middle of the building adorned with playful kites! While smaller than our other units, these apartments contain all of our typical amenities and are said to be on the quieter side due to their interior location.
Why hang out on the couch when there’s a world of activities and attractions at your fingertips? From your front door, highlights like the Centennial Trail that is on the Spokane River (64 walkable/bikeable miles of views!), River Park Square Mall, and Spokane Arena are within just a few blocks.
