We really enjoyed our stay at Riverfront Park Travel Apartments. Booking was easy and communication regarding our stay was clear and timely. After an entire day of traveling from Boston, MA, the drive to Riverfront Park Travel Apartments from the airport was easy (just 7 miles!). We were able to park on N. Bernard St. infront of the building. Since the meter payment ends at 6pm and doesn’t begin again until 8am, we didn’t have to worry about paying for parking. Getting into the building and into our room was very simple too, which was welcome as we were exhausted and clarity of thought was at a minimal. The apartment was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the building was extremely quiet! We were relieved at the ease at which we could get to our destination and relax. Appliances and furniture are newer and we had everything we needed to make for a comfortable stay (including white noise machine, nice cooling/heating unit, and upscale washer/dryer unit). Water pressure was great in the kitchen sink and shower. The building felt safe and private as well.
Riverfront Park Travel Apartments is a short walking distance from a cute co-op supermarket, shops and restaraunts, entertainment, and the beautiful park. The location can’t be beat. It was great for a 5 day stay and it would be great for a long-term stay as well. Even though there is no front desk or staff members there to assist as in a hotel, those whom run the Apartments are still attentive and seem available if needed.
Once the parking meters were up and running again, and more people visited the area, parking did become somewhat stressful. It was challenging at times to find a space on N. Bernard in front of the apartments and if we did and were staying more than 2 hours, I’d have to feed the meter. As an alternative, I did park in the parking garage across the street a few times (once overnight for $17 and a couple times during the day for $6 each time). Parking is free on Sundays and holidays, and we were fortunate to be staying over a holiday weekend. Parking amounted to about $50 total for our stay which is pretty good, considering we were downtown.
If I were to visit Spokane again, I’d definitely stay at the Riverfront Park Travel Apartments for its location, ease of access, privacy, safety, overall space, furnishings and very reasonable cost.

I loved staying at the Riverfront Park Travel Apartments! A historic building very nicely updated with modern apartments – everything was clean and my one bedroom had everything I needed for my stay in Spokane. Convenient to downtown, campus and restaurants. Would definitely recommend for an overnight or longer stay!

Great stay. Great location and very clean. It was a nice, easy walk to the Podium and the Riverfront. Really liked the location. Would’ve liked parking and a blackout shade where the pullout bed is.

I came here to run in bloomsday and this was the absolute perfect place to stay for that. It was clean and easy to find and check-in, but most importantly was extremely close to the start and finish lines. I would stay here again, and will likely look for this place when I register for next year’s bloomsday race.

We had a great experience staying at the apartment! Our daughter had a volleyball tournament at the Convention center, it was literally 3 min of walking and it’s downtown, everything was minutes away, parking is right across the street. We loved keyless access too! Apartment had everything we needed , no more – no less. Definitely will stay again at same place in the future! 5 stars!

Perfect place to stay for an extended time in business or pleasure.

This rental was in a great location, especially if you are attending an event at the Spokane arena. The rental is downtown so there is some noise at night as expected for that area.

My partner and I enjoyed staying at your location for our short duration in Spokane. It is perfectly located by the downtown area as well as a short walk away from River Park (beautiful little area) and the sports arena, which has some nice stores/dining near there as well. The residence was kept very clean and tidy with no complaints at all during my stay. The use of a keypad for entry and the elevator is great as it made my late check-in a breeze because all we had to do was punch our code and be on our way. Overall it’s a clean, private, and comfortable place, I highly recommend this to anybody looking for place to stay while in Spokane as I will definitely be coming back here next time I’m in town.

This is a really great place – a small apartment building instead of part of someone’s home. Nicely designed, nicely outfitted. Parking is not free – expected really in the middle of a city – but on the street. No problems, but a slight nervousness. I would book again, especially for a longer than 2 night stay.

Our event was at the convention center which was so close, just right across the street! We also walked to restaurants. It worked out great for us. Parking could be an annoyance for some, if staying for a few days or more.

I was so impressed with this place! This was my first time with AirB&B and first time in Spokane. I was way closer to the convention center than I expected and the place was way nicer than I expected for the price. This place had a full kitchen and washer and dryer, it was like a mini vacation! I was able to walk to the conference and walk a nice path every morning (Centennial Trail, lots of walkers and runners every morning). I felt super safe in this location!! I found the not so safe feeling places around town and was so happy I got this place. If you are going to the convention center, stay here! You won’t regret it! I was able to hit all the Spokane hot spots after my conference days. I’ll be looking for more places like this in other cities! Thank you!
