Other Things to Note

Parking: There is no on-site parking. Several public parking garages and surface lots are located within a short walk, with rates beginning around $28 per day. Metered street parking is free from 7:00 PM–8:00 AM, as well as all day on Sundays and holidays.
Pets: Pets and emotional support animals are not permitted. Guests traveling with a service animal are asked to notify us before arrival to avoid being mistakenly charged an unauthorized pet fee.
Noise: Downtown Spokane is an active urban neighborhood, so some city noise is to be expected. To help ensure a restful night's sleep, we've provided white noise machines in all exterior-facing bedrooms.
Security: Every reservation receives a unique access code for secure, keyless entry into the building, elevator, and apartment. Security cameras monitor the building's common areas.
Communication: We're available during normal waking hours for questions or assistance, and our property managers are available 24/7 should an emergency arise.
